Clarity for your teen.
Calm for you.

Here's the thing nobody tells you: most teens don't need a college list. They need a direction.

When your daughter (or your kid who doesn't fit neatly into a box) starts getting the "so... what do you want to do with your life?" questions, the instinct is to jump straight to the how. Which college. Which major. Which test prep program.

But what if you started with the who first?

That's what Mosaic Career Club is for.

We help teens explore who they are, what lights them up, and where they actually want to go. And then we open up the whole map -- college, trade school, apprenticeships, gap years, entrepreneurship, all of it -- so they can see that there's more than one way to get somewhere great.

You'll find support here if...

  • Your teen is somewhere between "I have no idea" and "I change my mind every week"

  • You want to have better conversations but aren't sure where to start

  • You believe your kid's future doesn't have to look like everyone else's

Mosaic Career Club offers starter workshops for parents/teens (90 minutes, offered monthly), our core 6-week program for teens, and a monthly membership option for parents of teens who need additional support through the process.

We also offer occasional one-off workshops (in-person in the Rochester/Finger Lakes, New York area, and online) and work with school districts who want to provide their students and families with support outside of the college counseling.
