Who is Mosaic Career Club for?
Parents of teen girls and LGBTQ+ students who want career clarity, confidence, and a practical plan—together.

Where should we start?
Begin with the Starter Workshop (90 minutes). From there, choose the Core Program (6 weeks) or the Ongoing Membership for continued momentum.

What happens in the Starter Workshop?
A live, interactive session for parents + teens with a workbook and Q&A. You’ll leave with a mini clarity map and three simple next steps.

What does the 6-week Core Program include?
Weekly 60-min live sessions (teens), identity-affirming curriculum, a mini-project or shadow, a mentor chat, and Parent Huddles. Deliverables: career-cluster shortlist, skill map, one mini-experiment, and a 90-day plan.

What’s inside the Membership?
Monthly Skill Sprints, mentor office hours, curated opportunities, and a supportive community—plus light parent check-ins.

How long is Membership?
6-month starter term → then month-to-month. Cancel any time after month 6; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Pricing?
Starter Workshop: $49. Core Program: $499. Membership: $79/mo. Sibling/need-based options available.

What if we miss a live session?
No stress—replays and notes are provided. You’ll still be able to complete activities and stay on track.

Will this help with college planning?
Yes—indirectly. We focus on strengths, interests, and career clusters first, so college choices (or alternatives) align with a real plan.

Is this therapy or test prep?
No. We’re coaching and career development. We happily complement therapy, school counseling, or test prep if you’re using those.

Is Mosaic inclusive and safe for LGBTQ+ teens?
Yes. Content and community are identity-affirming and moderated. Respect is non-negotiable.

My teen is neurodivergent. Will they fit?
Many do. We use clear structure, bite-size tasks, and multiple ways to participate (chat, voice, async). Tell us what helps your teen thrive.

How involved are parents?
Light but meaningful: short Parent Huddles, scripts, and checklists that reduce friction at home.

Tech requirements?
Zoom for live sessions and access to Google Drive/Docs. A laptop or tablet is ideal.

Refunds & transfers?
Workshop tickets are transferable to a future date or another family. Core Program has a 7-day satisfaction window from start. Membership is cancellable any time after month 6 (no partial month refunds).

Who leads the sessions?
Emily Abraham—Career Development faculty and coach. She is known for her warm personality, practical advice, and experience coaching.

What results should we expect—and when?
Workshop: immediate next steps. Core: a clear shortlist, mini-experiment, and 90-day plan in six weeks. Membership: continued skill-building, opportunities, and confidence over time.

How do we enroll?
Pick your path: RSVP to the Starter Workshop, Enroll in the Core cohort, or Join Membership. We’ll send confirmations and next-step details right away.
